This week the COLT construction team was busy building furniture in the workshop for the next restaurant location in the Village of Oak Creek!
Each piece of maple is cut, sanded, stained, assembled and upholstered by hand with diligence.
Some of the guys have never done anything like this before, and they enjoy the change of pace from the kitchen into the workshop.
Their welding, cooking, and construction skills... as well as their work ethic, are impressive..but their jokes? Not so much...
