We design an oversight program, as part of the plan of care, so as to meet changing needs on an ongoing basis. That is, we do monthly Supervisory Visits to ensure your loved one is getting the care they need.
Our caregivers receive over 20 hours of orientation to include First Aid, CPR and training on various disabilities to include autism. Our caregivers go through all the required background check requirements to include 6 web checks, BCI & FBI, as well as reference checks.
Many of our caregivers have experience with adults and children with various disabilities.
Our caregivers are bonded and insured so you have peace of mind.
