Today is Small Business Saturday. And if there was ever a time that they needed your help it is now. Gift certificates provide a wonderful gift, are easy to wrap and will provide needed income to get small businesses through these trying times. Many small businesses are also offering enhanced promotions that make gift certificates the perfect go to gift. Of course I prefer restaurants and dog hotel certificates but hair and nail salons, car wash, delis, jewelry, coffee shops, maid services, gas stations, laundromats and other small retail and service shops all provide a needed service that would be a welcome gift. And there’s no need for returns! In these crazy times many businesses and their employees are suffering. Please support them as they are the backbone of our community. And if you are wary of going in to see them, call them. I’m sure they will make arrangements to get the certificate to you in time.

Any boxer lovers out there?!
Meet Nala!
This very sad girl has found herself looking for a forever home after her and her (sibling) sister couldn’t get along and we’re fighting constantly.
We have tested her with dogs here and she does seem dog friendly but because of the previous issues we will not place her in a home with other female dogs.
She is sweet, energetic & loves to give kisses. House broken, crate trained and a very behaved girl.
She is 2 1/2 years old, she is NOT deaf- she is a pure white Boxer.
This is a girl has lived in a home all her life, so the shelter life isn’t something she is used to and we would love to get her into a home ASAP.
Please help us find her forever family
