MAJOR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Clean guest rooms as assigned, replacing required supplies and ensuring hotel's established standards of cleanliness are met
Vacuum carpets and clean windows
Make beds daily with clean linens
Ensure carts are stocked with cleaning and room supplies
Complete daily section report as instructed by supervisor
Complete assignment sheets
Provide assistance to co-workers and guests as needed
Acknowledge and greet guests immediately when passing in the hall and elevator
Perform other necessary duties upon request
Report all maintenance problems to supervisor
Turn in lost and found items immediately to the supervisor
Report all guest accidents and associate injuries to a supervisor immediately
Notify supervisor of any guest complaints or comments
Arrive in proper clean and pressed uniform with name tag
Must be aware and practice all emergency and safety procedures
