From the densest metropolis to the suburbs, then rural areas, the virus travels nationally as it does locally, but misses no one.
While not in the news as it’s become “the new normal” in a sense, not to mention dropping to a lower ranking in public awareness due to multitude of demonstrations, the economic toll of the pandemic, natural disasters and the ensuing presidential elections, the COVID-19 pandemic is still very much in our midst and still fatal to many- over 180,000 at last count.
Rather than expecting the virus to wither away somehow months ago, we now realize our lives may simply change completely until at least a vaccine is found.
It is a good time to remind ourselves of what we can do to limit potential infections and protect those who we come in contact with, our loved ones and those healthcare professionals we count on during times of crisis.
