The making of our Smoked Tri-tip Sandwich... slowly smoked in our #traeger grill for about 6 hours.
Upon ordering, our kitchen crew slices the tri-tip to re-heat, top with beer cheese + horseradish sauce + pickles + garlic aioli + crispy onions.
As the evenings cool down, we start craving some stouts and porters 🤤.
