Leadership is about making everyone else better. Our Management team is always working with our staff on training and personal development. On this day we worked on patio construction and base material installation. Thanks for leading the training session Mike. commonwealthirrigation.com
It has been real hot lately and the cool season turf grass is not growing much. But Alex and Ray have been out focusing on shrub pruning and shearing work. Getting hard work done in the heat; focused on detail work for our clients. Thanks to them and all of our employees for their hard work on the hot days. commonwealthirrigation.com
Congratulations to Joey on his recent promotion to Commercial Lawn Care Crew Leader. Joey has been with us for a few months and has been a standout employee during that time. Always showing great leadership and initiative. Great job Joey! Keep up the great work. commonwealthirrigation.com

Congrats to Syncere on winning employee of the quarter! Syncere worked extremely hard on becoming one of the top skilled crew members on our turf management division. He has also recently been promoted to lead fertilizer technician. Thank you Syncere!
Commonwealth Irrigation and Landscape couldn’t be more thankful for our wonderful employees and customer base.
Please stay safe and enjoy this wonderful time with family and loved ones!
Let’s give a big shoutout to our production manager Justin! In between fixing equipment and running logistics for our multiple teams, Justin is always on site making our crews laugh a little or bringing a great team moral to the company. We couldn’t do it without you Justin!
Removal of the fallen leaves in the fall is a necessity to ensure proper turf quality in the spring. Our crews have been doing a fantastic job cleaning up our properties and communities in preparation for the up coming holidays!
Final cuts are underway! Our crews are making sure the sites look their best going into the dormant season. We cannot thank our crews enough for what they do!
We want to thank all of the men and women who have served in the armed forces! We truly appreciate all of the sacrifices that you have given for this country.
Our friends at Spotswood Contracting have been helping us tackle some very big tree jobs at a few of our commercial properties! We look forward to seeing this partnership grow!
One our of wonderful customers was recently concerned with their mulch beds growing mold and that mold then staining the siding on their beautiful home. Our team was able to design and install a new rock bed for them which turned out amazing!
Too difficult to have just one employee of the quarter; Chis, Alex Vincent, Lee and Quinton each lead the way to significant growth to last year and budget. Each supported the ability to stay on schedule, every day, with new irrigation installations, despite weather conditions. All while ensuring the few thousand existing customers had systems winterized before season end. Great job guys, it is much appreciated and keep it up! commonwealthirrigation.com
