Since 1999 we’ve been committed to serving the underserved, providing medical care for communities of color and those otherwise disenfranchised by the health care system. You are welcome to walk in to our facility or make an appointment with one of our qualified physicians.

We are committed to providing our patients with top-quality care, regardless of their ability to pay. We are an FQHC, which means that we offer our patients payment plans so you can come in without worrying about how you’ll pay. If you don't have your co-pay when you walk into our health care facility, you can set up a payment plan and spread out the cost of your co-pay over a period of time.
