Program Features
• Multi-disciplinary team including a physician, nurse, physical therapist, occupational therapist, speech therapist and case manager.
• Daily physician rounds.
• Minimum of 3 hours of therapy per day
• Transitional living unit for home life simulation.
• Adaptive equipment prescribed and education regarding use provided. Family training included.
• Coordination of orthotic and prosthetic services.
• Outpatient department for continued PT and OT services.
• Assistance with discharge planning and community re-entry.
• Family support and education.
