We're happy to announce that Complete Health Dental Care has reopened to treat all our patients starting June 1st. Thank you so much for your support during this difficult time.
Please note that as a result of COVID-19, we have updated some of our daily procedures. You'll still receive the same great service from our dedicated team, however to ensure the safety of all our patients we've implemented the following changes recommended by the CDC:
•Our staff will ask you screening questions before your appointment.
• Please use the hand sanitizer that we have available when you come into the office.
• We have removed hard-to-disinfect items in the waiting room to make it easier to clean frequently during the day.
• We are allowing more time between appointments to manage social distancing between patients. This means our schedule will be limited days and times in order to keep our staff and patients happy and healthy.
•We may ask you to wait in your car instead of the waiting room.
• We also ask that you come into the office alone. If necessary, one caregiver or family member may come in with the patient.
• We may take your temperature before your appointment.
• You may see that all staff, including the front office staff, will be wearing masks.
• We ask that everyone who enters the office wear a face covering or mask.
• There may be other changes as we try to keep social distancing to six feet.
Please take into consideration the construction on Garfield road when preparing to come to your appointment. It is very important that all patients are on time in order to keep our schedule fluid.
