Congratulations to Complete Roofing Solutions Inc. for their 1st Place win in the Steep Slope for the First Church of Christ Scientist project for this year's S.T.A.R. Awards!
The new roof on the First Church of Christ Scientist had to meet the exact requirements of the original roof, installed in 1931, in color, style and type of tile to become a historical landmark. With the help of Mike Anusbigian and Ludowici, the team from Complete Roofing Solutions was able to reproduce the original roof tile that was used 89 years ago. This was a labor-intensive job with only one access point. With the expertise of their team, they were able to complete this project on time and within budget. This project was also nominated for an award with the City of West Palm Beach鈥檚 historical department of development.

Its finally official, we won First Place in FRSA鈥檚 S.T.A.R Awards for steep slope. I couldn鈥檛 be more proud of our team. Joseph Jacobazzi, took control of this project and showed the skills of a great project manager. With the day to day operations on the roof Jose Avila and his team were amazing in the high quality of work they performed each and every day. Our safety leader Alfredo Ixmay made sure that safety was a number one priority and our men had a safe workable environment from start to finish each day. I鈥檓 honored and humbled to have won this Award.
Responsibilities will include:
Schedule meetings and appointments
Process Credit Card payments for purchases and write checks for vendors, subs and supplies when needed.
Prepare permit packages
Submit paperwork for permits
Check on permits, electronically and physically
Work closely with the municipalities on the status of permits and ensure they are processed in a timely manner
Schedule inspections, pay permitting fees.
Prepare permit packages
Maintain all company files relating to site plan applications, approvals, licenses and permits and Contracts
This is a full time position, salary is based on experience. Working hours: 9am to 5pm Mon-Friday

Installing new ridge mounted skylights on our new roof systems. A big shout out and a thank you to my cousin Michael and RCU for providing crane services on our job.

Working together as a team to get the work done. The cool weather makes it so much easier. Hopefully this weather is going to stick around for a while.
