PERSPECTIVE: Before complaining about self-quarantining, look for the calm and know this too will pass. I am sitting in a hospice and every day a few beds that were empty are full and a few that were full become empty. These are NOT virus victims, they are life's victims. Several have died in the few days I've been here. Their lives will NOT resume when this passes, but yours WILL. Be thankful for the food you are eating, because these folks can't eat. Be thankful you can open a window or take a walk in fresh air, because these folks can not. Be thankful you have better days ahead to enjoy again what you once enjoyed before. Those better days ahead are NOT available to all. Turn the news OFF and some music on. Dance because you CAN. Be patient and this too shall pass. You control your attitude and actions. Don't waste the day being negative. Many folks don't have this day to waste. Call someone you love. Learn something new. Do something positive and do NOT waste the day! #donotwastetheday #bepositive
