To our patients: Our office plans to remain open on a limited schedule during the Covid 19 outbreak. We are limiting office staff, staggering appointments and taking every precaution to ensure a clean, sanitary environment. We recommend that patients be accompanied by one family member/ caregiver if necessary. Although we are not in the office daily, we continue to monitor our phone lines so please call 860-632-1721 or 860-759-6616.
