Flu season is upon us, and with the addition of the COVID pandemic, we’ve compiled a few tips to help you avoid the annual flu arrival! 👍🏼 1. Washing your hands throughout the day under warm water may be a way of life at this point, but be sure to frequently change out that hand towel in your bathroom or use disposable paper products as an alternative. 2. Flu germs can live on surfaces for about 8 hours, so keep those household surfaces sanitized. And 3. Try to open the windows for 20-30 minutes daily to air out your home and get rid of any trapped air recirculating. 👏🏼 For more information on fighting the flu, or to book your flu shot appointment, give us a call at 772-888-2545 today ☎️
Somehow, we missed #nationalpickleday over the weekend! Aside from making a great addition to a cook out or sandwich, pickles can aid in digestion, provide you with disease-fighting antioxidants, and help ease muscle cramps! But be careful, pickles can be a little high in sodium.
