We were part of a Channel 5 WFRV news story that discussed police body cameras. I was asked general questions about the cloud not the police cameras. The reporter showed up at our business without contacting first. He called saying he was working on a story and was parked outside. I had no idea what questions he was going to ask about the cloud before recording. It turned out fine but wish I got to prepare for it more ahead of time. https://www.wearegreenbay.com/news/local-news/police-body-cam-data-storage-in-the-cloud/

A Windows Live e-mail account was receiving duplicate messages and getting stuck. Deleting them didn't work. They would all return back. We deleted the e-mail account profile and resetup it. The settings were old in the problem account.
A laptop wouldn't turn on. The battery was on top of the power button board. After taking apart/putting back together, laptop worked. The power button must not have been reaching the power button board. Customer informed to keep laptop movement to a minimum. Issue could happen again.
