We have our Licensed Master Rigger on this job-site, directing and supervising the tripping and installation of the 30,000 lb prefab panels to construct a new Gymnasium for PS 205X in the Bronx. The rigging procedure is considered a “Critical Pick”
by NYC DOB because of the use of 2 hoist lines (main and auxiliary) simultaneously. Caulking of the panel joints and interior architectural coatings to follow.
