Dr. Connie Lin was born in New Jersey and grew up in Southern California. She received her undergraduate degree from UC Berkeley with a major in Molecular and Cell Biology. After college she spent time working for AmeriCorps at a homeless clinic in San Francisco before heading east to Penn State College of Medicine. There she found her passion for preventative health and treating the whole patient and decided to complete her Family Medicine Residency at Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles Medical Center. She is happy to join UCLA and looks forward to treating a variety of patients.
Dr. Lin believes in individualized patient care and collaborating with her patients for effective care. Her goal is to provide evidence-based care for her patients to make informed decisions on how to maintain healthy lifestyle choices. Her special interests are Preventative Medicine and Women’s Health. Maintaining balance in her life is important. She enjoys cooking, exercising, spending time with family and friends, and traveling with her fiancé to explore new cultures and cuisines. She is happy to join UCLA and looks forward to treating a variety of patients.
