Meet Jesse! He is our Director of Rehab. Jesse has been with us for one year now and he really loves our residents! Have a question on how your loved one is getting around and progressing in their strength training, mobility, or eating--then Jesse is your man! When he is not at work you can find him at the golf course or eating Italian food with his family!

The residents and staff had so much fun! There was a lot of laughter, stress relief, and probably some unintentional tie dyed shoes!

Meet Tamra Hampton, our Administrator!
Tamra Hampton has been the Administrator for Conroe Health Care Center since 2018. She attended Sam Houston State University where she received a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Criminal Justice in 2015. She then went on to continue her education with St. Joseph’s College of Maine--Nursing Home Administrator’s Program where she graduated with honors in 2016. Tamra is a Certified Dementia Practitioner recognized through the state of Texas and grew her compassion and love for the elderly when her grandfather was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s Dementia in 2015. She is a native Texan and currently lives in Livingston, TX with her husband, son, and 2 dogs.

She also serves as our Infection Preventionist for the facility!
