Status of the Queue.. We are well into the September repairs and we are making progress. I know a lot of customers have been calling in to check up on their repair. We are working as fast as we can to get their consoles repaired and back to them. I do have a tech in training who is helping me in the cleaning process which has been getting them to my tech bench significantly quicker. I treat every Console as if it were my own and give each one of them my undivided attention. Please be patient and know that your Console is in good hands. :D

PSA: If you have or will be getting the New Consoles... buy a damn good surge protector. Make sure it says surge protector on it and not just a regular power strip. Make sure it comes with a warranty in case something does happen... the company will pay for the repairs.

If you were lucky enough to get a PS5, please don't put the Console in Rest Mode. Just turn the Console off when your done playing... also turn it off the proper way.. just don't unplug it. This also applied to PS4 as well. Rest Mode is not good for your HDD or SSD.
PSA: No one seems to know how to properly update the PS3/PS4/PS5. You manually download the update from PlayStation and put it on a flash drive. Go into safe mode and do a system software update option. This how I have been doing it since PS3. For PS4/PS5 download the full update not the half update. Never download it from your Console this is always an issue with it. Also make sure your Flash Drive is formatted to FAT32... HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYONE! :D

This is a GameStop Refurbished Console that was repaired by their "techs" in Texas. This is horrible. Way too much Thermal Paste and its garbage bargain bin Thermal Paste. This is why your PS4 that you bought from GameStop is overheating.

Already having Customers calling about PS5 HDMI Repair. Parts will not be available for PS5 until sometime next year.. I have seen a repair shop video installing a PS4 Slim/Pro HDMI Port on a PS5. I will not do that. I will wait until the Port that is designated for PS5 to come to market. I only use genuine parts for that respective Console.

PSA: Ok I am getting a lot calls about PS5 HDMI Repairs that customers are getting done by various repair shops; getting it repaired but then having issues with picture still, not to mention that they are getting ripped off and paying hundreds of dollars to get this repair done. This is disgusting and total greed. PS5 HDMI Ports are not on the market yet. Repair shops are using PS4 Slim/Pro HDMI Ports that need to be jerry rigged in there to work. PS4 Ports are HDMI 1.4 where as the PS5 has a HDMI 2.1 Port. You may have a resolution issue or FPS issue. I advise not paying hundreds of dollars for subpar work/solution to fix the issue.
PSA: If you have PlayStation 3/4/5... please backup your saves either to a Thumb Drive or purchase PSN+ and use their cloud backup. If your Hard Drive goes up there is no way to get your save data.

We do more than modern Consoles. We also fix retro ones as well. We also get Consoles shipped it in all the time. Lastly we do repairs for commercial businesses too. There is a service fee of 35 dollars + the cost of the new HDD; depending on what storage option you want. We have 500GB, 1TB, and 2TB. Best Part is that the turn around time is 2 hours :D
PSA: We get this asked all the time.. " How much for the diagnostic " Our Diagnostic is FREE! You bring it in.. we hook it up with you and test right on the spot. Usually we can tell you right then and there what the issue is with your Console and Pricing/Turn around time. If we don't know exactly what the issue may be.. we will give you our best educated guess and tell you if its worth repairing or not. You don't have to wait for that ;)

PS5 HDMI Repair.. this had missing components that I had to replace along with the HDMI Port. The other repair shop screwed up the board royally... but we got the problem fixed and its outputting video again. We were able to pull the missing components from PS4 Donor boards. This PS5 has been saved! :D
