Hello Everyone,
Tonight, we went over to the property of our newest build to draw a name for our giveaway. I would like to thank everyone that participated and we hope to do these giveaways quarterly.
Here are some details on the twin homes, they are going to be approximatly 1870 square foot, slab on grade home with 9 foot ceilings. This means ZERO stairs. These units will have 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, with a large open kitchen, dinning, and living room area. There will be a nice 6'x25' covered concrete patio on the front of the house. This home with also have a spacious two car garage with an 18' garage door.
