What is your go to to feel better when you feel drained?
You may not remember what happened when you were a child but your body does. The reactions that seem out of proportion to what is happening in the moment could possibly be your trauma coming up.
Have you ever noticed that this could be happening to you?
We have to start saving our energy for ourselves. We cannot let life drain us. We must take time to decide what is important and focus solely on those things, taking our own self care into account.
Which of these things is draining you at the moment?
Our words are so powerful and can shape our realities. For one day, replace every “I have to..” With “I get to…” and see how your reality changes for the better 💜
