Dr. Baker is a 1986 cum laude graduate of Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, where she was a member of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon national honor society. This is a distinction earned by graduating in the top 10% of her class. She completed her residency at the Long Island Jewish Hospital, after which she was made Chief of Dental Services at Parker Jewish Geriatric Institute, a division of LIJ. Dr. Baker was also a lecturer for the American Dental Association on the topic of geriatric dentistry.
