***New Arrival Process***
1. Starting tomorrow you will text us your arrival confirmation instead of calling the office.
2. 90 minutes before your child’s appointment time you will get a text.
3. Once you arrive in the parking lot click on the «here» text to confirm you have arrived.
4. Once we have a room ready we will text you to come in to the office.
5. No need to call on the phone when you arrive. We will know based on your text.
6. After you get your text that your room is ready all well visits/well baby appointments come directly through the front door and we will let you know which room to go to at the front desk.
7. All appointments that are not well checks please go to the back door and knock. We will let you in and let you know which room to go to.

Our first Saturday flu vaccine clinic in the time of COVID is ready to start. We are proud to work with this team of people dedicated to caring for the health of children.
Flu Vaccine Only Visit Information/Flu Clinic Visits
1. echeck in is available if you have MyChart. Please do this 1-2 days before your child’s appointment as it can take 15 minutes per child.
2. Please arrive at your scheduled time. If it is a Saturday flu clinic do not wait in the car and call before you come in. Just come to the building entrance and we will direct you to the correct room from a check in table set up outside under the portico in front of the building.
3. If your child is sick with fever or cough please do not come for your flu visit and call us to reschedule.

Our clinic will be closed today. Our phone lines are open to reschedule appointments or to answer questions. You may use the My Chart portal for non-emergent questions . We know many of you are struggling with basic necessities in the midst of this weather situation and pandemic. We are thankful for our wonderful families and staff. You are all in our prayers. Good Afternoon Wonderful Magnolia Families! We hope you are keeping safe and warm. Out of an abundance of caution, we have decided to close the clinic on Monday February 15th and the morning of Tuesday February 16th. We will be contacting you in regards to rescheduling appointments and will be available for a limited number of virtual visits. We will be answering the phones during regular business hours 8am-5pm Monday- Friday and of course will be answering our messages on My Chart. If the weather worsens this week, we will alert you to any other closures. We are thinking warm thoughts your way.
