Inventory is a big problem for the Hillsborough County housing market.The National average is 3 months, but in Hillsborough, single family (1.3 months) and multi-family (1.8 months) inventory is at a record low. The 2020 August Market Stats Update will make it's Facebook Premiere, TODAY at 1 p.m.

Interesting analysis of the trends we are seeing in rental demand as people now working from home seek a lower cost of living and warmer weather: 31% of Tampa Bay Renters are moving from out of state. The top three sources of out of state renters are New York (7.7%), DC/Baltimore (3.5%) and Chicago (2.5%).
