The Biggest Mistake I Made in My Business - And What I Learned From It
Never give up!
Did you know that a basic physical principle that makes a photocopier work is that opposite charges attract? Toner carries a negative charge before it is exposed to the drum, where the positively charged areas of the drum attract and hold the toner.
A big difference between black and white and color copiers is their cost to operate. Color copiers require four colors of toner, whereas black and white copiers only need one. Thus, black and white copiers cost $.01 to $.02 per copy, while color units can range from $.06 to $.24 cents per copy.
One thing to keep in mind when it comes to copiers is paper capacity. This measures the number of paper sheets that can be loaded into the machine at one time. If you do a lot of copying, you'll want a higher capacity machine, so that your employees don't waste precious time constantly reloading it.
When you're in charge of keeping your employees on target, it can be unproductive on multiple fronts when you have to run out to the office supply store to get supplies for your copy machine. Rather than making last-minute trips, let us help keep you supplied.
