We will begin to slowly reopen Monday - Friday. CORE will be following certain protocols to ensure the safety of our patients, staff, and community:
•The number of patients/staff will be managed to adhere to the government guidelines.
•6 feet distance will be maintained throughout the facility.
•Every patient must wear a mask while in the facility.
•COVID-19 symptomatic or positive patients will not be treated.
•Monday/Wednesday/Friday
