CONSTRUCTION CARPENTER/LABORER
Summary/Objective
The construction carpenter/laborer performs tasks involving physical labor at residential and commercial construction projects. The position operates a variety of hand and power tools and may clean and prepare sites, erect scaffolding, clean up rubble and debris, and remove waste materials. The position may assist other craft workers
Travel
Travel is primarily local, although some out-of-areas may be expected.
Requirements and Experience
• Proven experience as a construction worker
• Experience in operating hand and power tools and equipment safety
• Knowledge of basis construction principles and methods
• Able to work in a team
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and customers
• Effectively deals with stressful situations
• Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
• Excellent balance and eye-hand coordination
• Attend meetings and trainings as required by management.
Additional Qualifications
Must possess and maintain a valid Colorado driver’s license.

The position may assist other craft workers.

• Knowledge of basis construction principles and methods
• Able to work in a team
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions.
