Day #21 of September Cat Fun is "Homemade Playtime." Do it yourself!!!! It can be as simple as a rolled up piece of paper for them to chase, a piece of long fleece attached to a dowel to chase, a box, a paper bag. Have some fun, CHEAP!!!!

I am looking for a person that is career oriented in the pet care industry. This is a job that will require someone who can multi-task efficiently in a fast paced position. It is not really an entry level position but if you are looking for a long term job with animals, we will train. Job duties will be bathing and drying for two groomers. Kennel work will be a requirement. Playtime with dogs will be a requirement. It is an active, physical job. We work in both hot and cold weather. You must be able to lift 50 pounds. Basic computer knowledge is a plus. Phone skills is a plus. Training is available to advance. Dish washing, laundry, scooping poop and hosing runs are just a few of the glorified tasks. Working with animals is the best part of the job! We work with both cats and dogs. Must have a up to date tetanus shot on file. Must know pet first aid and pet cpr or be willing to be trained. Online training will be provided for your advancement. A detail oriented person is required.

Yes!!!! Our qualified and experienced groomers can trim your dogs nails. We do curbside nail trimming or we can bring them inside while you wait. Just call ahead to make sure their is a groomer available. Nail trimming is $5.00 and filing is an additional $2.50.
