We are aware that part of our property has lost hot water. We have been able to schedule for a repairman to come out and take a look at it this evening, and will be give you guys another update as soon as we have more information about what is going on. Thank you all for being so understanding and patient while we try to get things back to normal after Laura!
Good morning! Just wanted to do a quick update. It was just confirmed that we have power back on at the apartments. Thank you for your continued patience as we work to get all of our staff and community services safely back up and running.
Country Village Update - 1pm Thursday
Management evacuated along with most residents.
We are currently in the process of making our way back to Beaumont, but progress is slow with a lot of traffic.
We will update you with damage and flooding information as soon as possible, but our initial understanding is that both are minimal.
Although local authorities have given the "all clear" to return, we want to advise our residents that Beaumont and the surrounding areas are currently without power and there is not currently a timeline for when we should expect it to be back on.
That being said, if you are able, we encourage you to stay where you are for the time being.
We are very thankful that everyone is safe.

Three Skies Management in Beaumont is looking for a new assistant manager! We are looking for an intelligent, hard-working person that has great people skills and can solve problems as they arise. Responsibilities:
Assist the Property Manager with:
Overseeing and coordinating all property transactions
Attracting and educating new residents
Investigating and resolving resident complaints
Ensuring all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
Enforcing property and associations' rules and regulations
Qualifications:
Previous experience in the apartment industry or other related fields
Familiarity with apartment contracts and leases
Ability to build rapport with residents
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
