Who we are:
We have helped thousands of Idaho residents to prepare and/or respond to Petitions for Divorce, Custody, Child Support, Modifications, etc., during the past 25+ years that we have been in business. We also help by preparing other legal matters "court-ready" such as powers of attorney, wills, probates, name changes, adoptions, guardianship, corporations, LLC's, etc. And, more importantly, WE CAN HELP YOU! Our fees are normally 10-15% of what an attorney would charge you for a similar procedure (i.e. uncontested divorce $150 - $250).
History:
Established in 1990, we have been in the same location for past 25+ years providing legal document preparation for the general public and saving them thousand of dollars each by avoiding contested litigation whenever possible.
