Word of the month - Knowledge
The pursuit of knowledge is as essential as the pursuit of self defense (the warrior ethos). As one of my teachers, Hanshi Ridgely Abele, used to say "Knowledge is not power. Applied Knowledge is." Knowledge without action is useless. A true warrior uses his brain muscle as well as he uses his physical prowess.
