What a difference a week can make!
Last week we had smoke in the air. And this week, with cooler temperatures and rain that we so desperately needed, we are welcoming fall.
Make sure your stoves and fireplaces are up to par and ready for the dropping temperatures to come. Get your annual cleanings scheduled!
Usually Friday is for posting about BBQing, but with all the fires and smoke, let’s be careful with those outdoor activities.
Earlier this week, the Bossman stopped by @snow_goose_produce to pick us up some sweet treats to sample. They are still open until October 11th. Go support them and get some locally made and locally grown products. You won’t be disappointed!
With the way this year has been going, we’ve been encountering a lot of people looking for another source of heat. While you can run gas without power, our customers are also looking at wood stoves and fireplaces. Whichever one fits your lifestyle, we can definitely steer you in the right direction.

We worked with Lang Co on this project and installed an Apex 42 so our clients could have a good source of wood heat in their home.
Love the rock work and the addition of the wood storage next to the fireplace.

Our installers have been hard at work getting all of our clients installed and outfitted with their stoves and fireplaces.
This Friday Harbor client had a FPX 34DVL put in recently and our head installer Travis worked with getting a custom fit panel to work in this opening. It looks seamless and works well with the space.
Always thinking outside of the box and coming up with solutions!
We may sell and service stoves and fireplaces along with BBQs, but Ben likes to shop antique stores and also find some different art work from local artists when he gets the chance to leave his office. He picked out these two acrylic pours from @krb_art_ and has them available to purchase at the store.
