Starting from scratch in 1996 Craig’s Car Care was set up by Craig Zale, an ASE master technician that worked in the field starting in 1987 before opening his own shop. We are a Napa Auto Care repair and service center located on the East Side of Allen Texas just inside of Lucas. We care about our customers and the cars and trucks they drive. We understand the stress that can be involved with an unexpected break down and subsequent repair process. We wish to make this as comfortable as possible by keeping you informed, ensuring you’re part of the repair process in order for you to get back on the road as quickly and safely as possible.
Each and every day we work to improve the systems used to train the mechanics and the service advisors. We are continuously updating equipment and searching for the best value in parts and labor to pass on to our customers.
