Yes, working out burns energy, but it also leads to more energy, it’s true!!
One reason is because working out strengthens your heart, allowing it to work more efficiently. The more blood and oxygen it pumps, the more energy your cells get.
Have you done anything to increase your heart rate yet today?

Back in 1980, life expectancy at birth in the U.S. was similar to that of comparable countries. The US has the lowest life expectancy at birth among most other comparable countries.

Yes!!!
Screen time can be physically harmful to your health. Being in front of a screen is almost always sedentary behavior. Because of this, it correlates with things like lower fitness levels, fatigue, back pain, weight gain, undesirable body composition, and so much more! And the blue light of electronics & screens...don't even get me started!
You can turn this around by limiting your daily screen time. Instead of spending hours on your phone/ipad/computer, watching TV, or playing video games, focus your energy on a more physical activity...or a calming activity like deep breathing, visualization, or prayer.
Too much screen time also hinders your brain performance. Researchers report that children perform better in school when they have less screen time.
How much time do you currently spend staring at a screen? How can you reduce this number?
