Cynthia Rebholz, founder of Creative Solutions Counseling LLC, is committed to providing respectful services by offering counseling sessions geared to your unique needs. Couples, families and individuals are encouraged to explore their hopes, dreams and desires as prescriptions to the stresses of everyday life, as well as concerns that may impede personal, relationship and/or family growth and satisfaction. Practice specialities include couple and marriage counseling, family counseling, treatment for depression and anxiety and strategies for life transition issues.
We offer individualized and group counseling/educational services to help navigate towards the goals, relationships and new directions you desire. Whether you are looking to tune-up your relationship, life, marriage, or cope with an ongoing issue such as couple conflict, grief, trauma, or medical concerns.
If your current solution attempts have not worked, you are not alone. Just as you might consult a financial planner to build your future, it is normal to seek new ideas to resolve concerns with a professional therapist. Counseling does not mean judgment; it means being heard, developing your voice and creating new chapters in your life. And, while some of our clients cope with depression or mental health issues, we believe that many concerns arise from the interactions between people, so problems are problems, people are not problems.
