COVID-19 Update
To all of our clients and friends of Credit Diva,
We are writing to you, to let you know we are still open by phone or online but all in person appointments have been canceled. Our staff are and will continue to work on your credit repair remotely. As for our debt negotiation work for clients, this work is on hold at this time because of the lack of staff in collection, attorney, & creditors offices.
We are seeing delays already on clients getting their credit reports from Experian, Transunion, & Equifax and expect further delays moving forward. We are getting very little information from the credit bureaus as to how they plan to proceed. Please be patient, we will get back to normal at some point.
Also, we would advise you if you have been financially affected directly or indirectly by this virus, there are companies out there who are trying to help. Many of the car financing, home financing, insurance companies, and utilities are extending your owed payment out for 30, 60 & 90 days. Some are just extending out the payment and some are adding them to the end of the loan. Some banks are removing current NSF fees. Reach out to your creditors NOW and see if the companies can help.
Most importantly, please take care of yourself, your family and loved ones. Please follow your state and local advice and adopt the social distancing and hand washing habits and regulations. We will get through this with patients, kindness, and all of us working together.

Your credit is IMPORTANT!
You Need Good Credit To Live Comfortably
Since your credit is defined by how you’ve paid (or not paid) your bills in the past, many businesses—landlords, mortgage lenders, utility providers, and even employers—use your credit to predict your future financial responsibility. Anytime you need to borrow money, finance an essential item, or set up services, your history of paying bills (your credit) is called into question.
