We are back in the office on a limited basis. According to the Pa Department of Health we are still unable to see patients for routine care, however we are seeing emergencies as needed. We will keep you updated😁
Due to the extended stay at home order, Creekside will remain closed through May 8th. If you have an appointment scheduled we will contact you to reschedule when we return to the office.
