To our Clients and Friends –
During the rapidly changing public health crisis, we hope to keep you abreast of the latest requirements and how we can assist you with navigating this crisis.
First, we have implemented our own continuity plan, so our team will remain available to you via phone, email and other electronic means. Our office is closed to visitors. Simply use the same email and phone number to reach us. We remain busy, but we will be returning calls and emails as soon as possible.
Second, we continue to monitor the voluntary closure communications from the CDC, the PA Department of Health, and local agencies. We have and will post any new developments to our website and Facebook. Please let me know if you need assistance with any interpretations.
Third, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court has allowed each court to take emergency measures. Please note that most deadlines will be extended and currently scheduled arguments and hearings over the next few weeks will be postponed. For example, the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas issued an Order on March 16, 2020. We expect similar orders throughout the Commonwealth, but please feel free to check with us for any updates.
Finally, should you encounter any financial impact (as we all expect to), then please make sure to keep highly detailed records of daily activity in the event it becomes necessary for any claims, suits, or the like as necessitated by insurance, government programs, or existing contractual rights.
