We cracked 70,380 eggs overall.
We baked 2,665 lbs of applewood smoked bacon.
You purchased 10,592 breakfast sandwiches and 4,443 breakfast plates (our top two best sellers)
You drank 8,162 cups of Abita Roasting Coffee and 7,948 iced or frozen coffees.
The Farmer in the Dell was your favorite omelette and you purchased 1,507 of them.
Your favorite sandwich was the Salmon Soul and you ate 885 of them.
Breakfast Egg Rolls were a big hit in 2020 with us making 3272 of them for you.
Your favorite weekly special was the Breakfast Quesadillas. You purchased 118 of those in the 2 weeks they were available.
You are not big drinkers as you only purchased 424 mimosas and 118 bloody Marys.
Carlene worked the most hours at 1920 followed very closely by our baker Nicole with 1902.5 hours.
Despite the pandemic, most of you chose to eat in. 49.1% of our orders were for dining in, 41.2% were for take out and 9.7% were call in/pickup orders. We also filled 2806 WAITR orders over the year.
