A friendly reminder!
We are still open with normal business hours. We have increased our already vigorous cleaning protocols for everyone's safety. Curbside care is available for those who are not comfortable coming into the building or who are ill, please let us know when you make your appointment. Our appointments are currently being limited to sick patients or patients with health concerns, as well as medically necessary surgeries and procedures. We hope everyone stays safe!
In the midst of all the craziness, I forgot to post Miss Izze! She is here for rehab after Dr. Norstrem repaired her torn ACL. Izze is a star patient doing so well!
Hello valued Crestwood clients,
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we are implementing some scheduling changes for the next 14 days minimum. Office hours remain the same, however we are limiting the number of wellness exams, elective surgeries (spays, neuters) and elective services (nail trims, etc). I cannot stress this enough, if you have any concerns for your pet, we will gladly get them in for an exam.
During this time we are asking you to please limit the number of people you bring in with you and your pet (preferably no more than 2 people). If you are experiencing any illness or symptoms, we are happy to offer curbside assistance, please let us know.

We want to take a moment to inform you we will remain open with normal office hours. We take the health and safety of our clients seriously and have increased our already stringent cleaning protocols. Currently we are minimizing elective wellness services such as toe nail trims. If your pet has an upcoming visit and you are not feeling well or comfortable coming in, we are happy to reschedule. Hello November! Thanksgiving is coming up quickly. In an effort to help our community, Crestwood is collecting food for a traditional Thanksgiving dinner for needy families in the area. You can swing by your donations anytime up until November 18th. The food will be taken to the local chapter of the Knights of Columbus who will distribute the dinners to families in need. Any donation is appreciated.

Roxy girl! Roxy had surgery to repair her torn ACL. She is covering well with physical therapy, laser and weight loss.
Say hello to Miss Mattie! Mattie has torn both of her ACLs (cruciate ligament) in her knees. She has been coming to us for physical therapy including laser.
Bella came to us for a knee issue and has completed a short protocol of laser therapy. She was nervous but did so well!

This time of year gets busy for us all so this a friendly reminder that if you need to board your pet for the holidays and need vaccines or have any concerns, please call now to get your furry friend on the schedule. We are filling up quickly! We also have a few changes to our office hours as we approach the holidays.
Wednesday December 23rd we will be closed from 12p to 2p.
Thursday December 24th we are open from 8am until 12pm.
We will then be closed December 25th, 26th and 27th. For New Years, we are open the 31st from 8 to 12pm and closed the 1st.
