Hey Rochester! Please keep in mind during all this heavy snowfall to check outside and make sure your vents are clear. If there is a snow buildup blocking the vent, we recommend removing the snow by hand to avoid damaging the vent pipe.
Use caution when clearing the vent pipe as there may be an ice buildup hidden under the snow attached to the pipe!
