About

Here at CrossFit Get Salty, we pride ourselves on bringing you a better box experience. While CrossFit workouts are constantly varied, there are a few things you can expect to see here daily. The class will always come together as a group to do a warm up with one of our head coaches. We will gather around the board to review the WOD and help you determine what your goal should be that day, offer scaling options, and answer any questions. During the workouts you will receive tons of encouragement and coaching. After the workouts you will have some time to cool down and log your workout in your notebook. If you forget to write it down, don't worry, we will post the board with scores at the end of every day.



Aside from the WOD, you can also expect a clean, organized box. We take pride in our home here, and we hope you will too. You can also expect caring, involved owners. We are constantly striving to keep our box up to high standards, bringing our community new equipment to help vary their experience, and offer you options that don't fit the mold, like yoga and Olympic weightlifting classes.
