Every Tuesday and Thursday, at 4pm. Check out our kid’s fitness class taught by @theirvingh - The classes last for 30 minutes, and is the perfect way to get your little ones moving. Classes are open to all children ages 4 to 14.
With most kids participating in online school, they’re missing out on important socialization and exercise. Here’s a quick clip showing our kids doing sprints across the gym - every class shows a little bit of friendly competition!

The Open Starts in 100 Days
Each year, hundreds of thousands of @CrossFit athletes at every level take part in five workouts over five weeks in the world’s largest participatory sporting event. The Open is designed to be accessible to everyone from beginners to professionals across all ages, backgrounds, and levels of fitness.
The Open is also the first step on the road to the CrossFit Games, the ultimate proving grounds for the Fittest on Earth. Changes in the season structure are on the horizon (more to come at a later date).
