Manta Ray's workouts adapt and cater to any individual's needs. They are scalable to everyone from the elite athlete to those who are just beginning their fitness journey. We are focused on training our clients through optimizing physical competence in each of ten recognized fitness domains: Cardio-respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy. Manta Ray's program delivers a fitness that is broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. The stimulus provided is always varied and the results are dramatic.
