CrossFit is constantly varied, functional movements, performed at high intensity. Movements such as rowing, sprinting, jumping rope, tire flipping, Olympic lifts, pull-ups, box jumps, burpees, and many more are combined to create the workout of the day (WOD). CrossFit is for ALL athletes, and WODs are scaled to each individual based on their athletic ability.
