This is a pub favorite that has always been extremely hard to turn down. In many different cultures there are certain dishes that are created and should never be changed. When it comes to the cold waters in the Irish Sea and the St. George’s Chanel, all the surrounding areas are in for some of the best white flaky fish there is to offer, mainly Cod. With the extreme abundance of such an incredible fish, the coastal areas that sit on this waters really did right when it comes to fish and chips. Here @crossroadschapelhill we are no where near the Irish Sea, but we are near the NC Coast which has some of the best flounder in the U.S. We are using flounder tonight in this pub favorite and we have that anyone and everyone are able to make it over to the hotel for a delicious meal and maybe a pint or two! Saliente!
Eggnog Bread Puddings, now all they need is some Vanilla Ice Cream and we will be ready for a nap! #perfectwinterfood #staysafe #NCChefs
Kevin approved the chicken and waffles before everything went out to the breakfast with Santa event!!!
This is a really hard recipe to get away from. We do all of the charcuterie in house for the board we have on the bar menu. This is duck bresola after a month long process. Traditionally bresola is done with beef and salt. At the restaurant we have added a little bit more spice to accommodate the duck breast which has great game flavor and natural fat. Fresh thyme, orange zest, red chili flake, are a few of the spices that really go well with this piece of charcuterie. It truly does not get any fresher than this! If you are looking for any culinary accommodations for your game weekend at home, please give us a call! All menu items are available for take out! #NCChefs #goheels🐏 #staysafe #chapelhillfood
Please come see us soon and enjoy one of the newest items to the menu! We have a citrus beets salad that is packed with fall ingredients and flavors. This salad features white wine poached carrots, honey/orange vinaigrette, spiced cashews, and a whipped goat cheese that is flavored with butternut squash. We love the contrast of colors on the plate and hope that you will as well! We continue to ensure the safety of our guest and the experience that they have at the restaurant. #NCChefs #eatlocal
