We are looking for a towing equipment sales representative to find and engage towing customers in Miami-Dade County. We have several locations in Florida and Tennessee including Miami and are a family run business. We sell, service, and supply parts for all sizes and types of tow trucks. You will foster relationships with customers and help them identify and obtain towing equipment to meet their needs. You will obtain operational and product knowledge of all kinds of towing equipment including carriers, small duty towing equipment, and heavy duty towing equipment. A partially commission based pay structure allows rapid growth of pay based on performance.
Responsibilities
-Sell all types of towing equipment to existing and prospective customers
-Evaluate customer equipment for trades
-Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with towing companies in Miami-Dade County
-Help resolve customer problems and complaints
-Report prospective leads and daily activities to the Florida sales manager
-Keep current on the latest equipment and practices in the towing industry
-Continuously improve through feedback
Skills
-Work experience as a sales representative
-Bilingual (English / Spanish)
-Either automotive or heavy equipment knowledge preferred
-CDL preferred but can be obtained while working
-Ability to build productive business relationships
-Highly motivated to meet sales goals
-Excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate
-Openness to feedback
