PURPOSE OF POSITION: To manage the smooth operation of a designated shift, assuring a Picture Perfect experience for our guests and associates.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
•Communicate expectations to the associates through IHG Way of Clean standards
•Assure that the Front Desk has room inventory when required in a timely and in orderly fashion
•Assist in inventory process
•Perform shift-associated work such as room assignment, vacant room, discrepancy report, departure reports, key controls and turndown assignment
•Block and control room inventory for DNR rooms
•Assist in all departmental meetin
•Assist in coaching, counseling, and training of room attendants, public area attendants, night cleaners, and housemen
•Assist in supervising daily projects that help increase the overall cleanliness of the hotel
MANDATORY JOB REQUIREMENTS:
•Previous Housekeeping experience
•Professionalism and good employee relations
