How We Completed a 16" Double Line Stop Procedure
We continue to monitor COVID-19 as it spreads around the country and, like you, we are concerned about its potential effect on employees, families, clients and our community. We feel it is important to communicate honestly and keep you updated on the decisions we’re making to look out for the well-being of our staff and clients.
As a service company, CRYOSTOP’s immediate risk remains low, however, we are taking the responsibility to do our best to stay ahead of this issue. CRYOSTOP office support employees are working from home and/or mostly isolated from direct close contact with one other. Our field service techs have been sent home. They are only reporting to our service locations on a limited as needed basis and we are continuing to meet the schedule demands of our customers with the upmost due diligence to personal hygiene and limited close contact with other individuals.
We are grateful to all of you for your support. We can navigate this difficult and uncertain period just like we have all done in the past... TOGETHER. Meanwhile, we are here to continue the safest and smartest service possible. We will be ready and available if needed.
Sincerely,
Michael T. Ingram
President of Cryostop

Before we freeze a pipe, we need to make sure there's no moving fluids inside. In this video we explain a way we can stop the flow before we start to fix the pipe.
