To keep in compliance with Judge Hildalgo's Mask Mandate, all CSDS Vinyl locations will require its patrons to wear masks for the duration of the time they are shopping in our store. We understand that some of our stores are not located in Harris County and do no apply to this order. However, to maintain consistency across our CSDS Vinyl company, we are implementing this policy for ALL of our locations. Please re-read the following policies we will continue to implement to help keep our staff and our community safe. The following plan of action is valid beginning 6/22/20. Should our plan of action change, all changes will be updated here and on our website.
-All CSDS Vinyl stores will operate on limited hours. All stores (excluding warehouse) will be open 10am-6pm Monday through Saturday. Warehouse hours are Monday-Friday 10am-6pm.
-All CSDS Vinyl stores will continue to operate on LIMITED staff.
-We will still only be allowing a maximum of 10 individuals into our stores at any given time. This includes our staff. We ask that you do not come to our location in groups so that others may also shop in a timely manner. Should you arrive to one of our locations, and the location is already at the max capacity we are allowing in (10 total individuals, ages 0-999) you will be kindly asked to remain outside until another individual leaves the premises.
-We will not be offering our heat press services at this time in any location.
-We are still not allowing ANY returns or exchanges at this time.
-With the necessity to continue to operate on limited staff, you may find that our locations are not able to restock as fast as we once were. Rest assured, we are doing everything we possibly can to ensure the product you need is on the shelves when you need it. However, in the event that the store is out of something you need, you have options! 1. You can order online to have those items shipped directly to you. 2. You can order online for warehouse pickup (in Cypress TX) and you order should ideally be ready within 1-2 days, or 3. You can order online for store delivery in which your order will be delivered to the store following our normal delivery schedule.
-ALL local pickup orders placed through end of day on 4/30/20 have been taken back to their original pickup location and are available for pickup beginning 5/4/20 at 10 am. Should you want to change that pickup location for any reason, please reach out to info@csdsvinyl.com to make arrangements. Please know that if you are changing pickup locations after your order has already been placed and delivered to the store, it could take up to a week to complete the change due to limited staff. We are still allowing for local pickup orders to be shipped directly to you. Should you want to utilize this option, please reach out to info@csdsvinyl.com to make arrangements.

Last week, our Texas Governor issued an executive order (GA-34) that takes effect today (3/10/2021). This executive order lifts the state wide mask wearing requirement as well as opens our state to 100% operating capacity for all establishments. Further, Governor Greg Abbott has left the responsibility of requiring a mask or not as well as capacity restrictions for businesses up to the businesses themselves. At CSDS Vinyl, we have taken this information very seriously, as the safety and well being for our staff, customers and community are most important to us. We also realize, that regardless of the decision we make regarding how we will operate going forward, any decision may result in disappointment from a portion of our customer base. Please understand, that as a small business, who greatly appreciates your continued support, we do not take this decision lightly. Throughout COVID-19, CSDS Vinyl has looked to our local officials for guidance on where, who, what, and how we were to operate during these times. With the latest guidance, CSDS Vinyl will operate as follows:
-All CSDS Vinyl staff will continue to wear a mask on our properties
-CSDS Vinyl will continue the safe cleaning and disinfecting practices we have adopted throughout the last year to ensure that all surfaces are cleaned regularly.
-CSDS Vinyl will limit the amount of persons in any of our retail locations to 20. This includes our staff, customers, spouses and children. Should any of our retail establishments reach our max capacity of 20 persons, customers will be politely asked to remain outside until our capacity policy allows for them to enter.
-CSDS Vinyl will HIGHLY encourage, but not require, our patrons to wear a mask or face shield.

I am happy to tell you that we will open back up for normal operating hours beginning tomorrow (2/19/2021). Retail stores will open at 10am cst. Our warehouses will still be understaffed as we have employees not able to work because they are still trying to clean up the mess this storm has caused. Please keep them in your prayers. We will do our best to start tackling our open orders to reduce the amount of time you have to wait as fast as humanly possible. We still have so many of our employees that are without power and/or water, as well as a couple of our retail locations, and for this reason, CSDS Vinyl will be closed through tomorrow 2/18/20. My electricity and water was just turned back on after being out for 36 hours. This is such a blessing for my family and I, but we still have so many employees and customers that are experiencing power, water and even gas outages. 5 of our 7 business locations are still without power. We are expecting even more ice and sleet over night and into the morning hours tomorrow. This will make it extremely difficult and unsafe to travel tomorrow. For this reason, and combined with the uncertainty of available electric, water and gas, CSDS Vinyl will remained closed company wide through the end of the day tomorrow 2/17/2021.
My customers are always a top priority of mine and I know that this weather is effecting all of us in one way or another. As soon as it is safe, my team and I are more than eager to get back to work to make sure that all of your orders are taken care of. Due to the lack of power, we have been unable to respond to all customer service emails since Friday evening. We are hoping that we can start to tackle those soon, as long as the power stays on.

CSDS Vinyl will remained closed tomorrow, Tuesday February 16th, with the safety of our employees and customers in mind. We are still experiencing widespread power outages with no known relief, and streets are iced over and will become much worse by the morning. Traveling is not recommended in our area.
